An experimental solution to the urban bird nesting problem using 3D scanning and FMD printing closes the natural cavities of trees – allowing them to be occupied by birds. Prototypes of birdhouses, combining wood with 3D printing, apply research results in the form of innovative details.
The project was selected for Designblok ’24 Talent Card showcase.
